BonBooking connects with BookingExperts, BookZo and Reflex. All three work the same way: accommodations, prices, supplements and availability are pulled in periodically from the source system.
Changes in rates, discounts or availability come through automatically, without manual steps. The website stays in line with the source system.
Reservations forwarded immediately
The one thing that doesn't wait for the next synchronisation is the reservation itself. The moment a guest books on the website, the booking is forwarded directly to the source system.
The calendar in BookingExperts, BookZo or Reflex is updated right away. No risk of double bookings between the website and the source system.
iCal for other channels
For other channels, like Booking.com or Airbnb, iCal import and export offers a universal way to exchange availability. Blocked periods from other systems come in and own reservations go out.
That prevents double bookings, no matter where the reservation originates.
Start independently
An external booking system is not required. BonBooking has its own reservation system, ready to use from day one, with price periods, supplements, discounts and calendar management.
A connection with BookingExperts, BookZo or Reflex can be added later, without losing the existing setup.
