Reviews give new guests confidence. BonBooking automates the entire process, from invitation to publication, and keeps moderation and display centralised.
Automatic invitations
After every stay, an invitation goes out to the guest to leave a review. The link carries a secure token, so only the invited guest can open the form.
If the guest doesn't respond, a friendly reminder follows. The whole process runs through a queue that delivers emails reliably and at a steady pace.
Multi-criteria ratings
Guests rate each aspect: friendliness, location, cleanliness, value for money, overall impression and child-friendliness. The Net Promoter Score is captured alongside.
An average is calculated automatically and shown on the website, next to the individual scores.
Positives and improvement notes
Alongside scores, the guest writes freely about what they enjoyed and what could be better, in two separate fields. That gives a balanced picture instead of one big text block.
The travel group (family, couple, friends) is captured too, so the feedback comes with context.
Visible on the website
Reviews appear automatically on the page of the matching accommodation, with scores per criterion and the guest's written feedback.
On overview pages, a carousel shows the most recent reviews from all accommodations together. New visitors see what previous guests thought right away.
Management and moderation
Every review comes in through the management portal. From a single overview, each review can be examined, edited, published or hidden.
A manager response appears on the website alongside the guest's text. That keeps the picture balanced, even with critical feedback.
